Who?
I came to work at TELA in 2010. I first worked as an information officer for a couple of years until I moved on as Web Editor. In the fall of 2024, I temporarily jumped to the position of Communications Manager as a substitute for family leave. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, and during my career I’ve also completed various communication courses. Prior to TELA, I worked, among other things, as a student services coordinator at a trade union.

The pension system is like an extended family’s shared summer house, which each generation maintains in turn.

In my spare time:
Primary school and kindergarten aged boys keep the family busy every day. Positions of trust on the board of the housing association and as the treasurer of a hockey team also take some of my time — I guess you could call them hobbies.
Comments by workmates:
“Marjut has extensive experience of the earnings-related pension sector, and she has extensive knowledge of the pension system. Marjut knows how to highlight the most important points, and she writes good texts. Ostrobothnians always have clear plans, and jobs are completed as intended. Energetic, productive and systematic, Marjut is one of the few diamond types who combine thoroughness, determination, precision and an awesome sense of humour! Marjut’s laughter always puts people a good mood.”
